Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Infinity Roots website, product catalogue, cart, account, checkout, order tracking and support services operated by INFINITY TEXTILES.

By visiting the website, creating an account, verifying an email address, placing an order, choosing COD or online payment, or submitting a support request, the customer agrees to these terms.

Eligibility and customer responsibility

Customers must provide accurate name, mobile number, email address, delivery address and order details.

Customers must not place false, fraudulent, automated, abusive, speculative or unlawful orders.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the selected product, quantity and delivery details are correct before completing checkout.

Product catalogue and availability

Product images are shown for identification and catalogue presentation. Natural agricultural products, seed packets, packaging, labels and batch availability may vary.

Prices, offers, stock status and delivery timelines may change without prior notice before order confirmation.

An order may be declined, cancelled or put on hold if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted for delivery, or flagged during verification.

Checkout flow

The standard store flow is Visit → Cart → Verify Email → Pay/COD → Order Confirmation Email.

Email verification may be required before checkout to reduce fake orders and support delivery communication.

Online payment orders are processed only after payment confirmation. COD orders may be subject to confirmation checks before dispatch.

Order acceptance

Receipt of an order request does not automatically mean final acceptance. Final acceptance happens after email verification, payment/COD review, inventory validation and dispatch readiness.

The store may contact the customer to confirm order details, delivery address or payment status before shipment.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The store is not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, courier delay, third-party payment failure, device issues, internet issues or force majeure events.

The maximum liability for an accepted order is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific order, subject to applicable law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Maharashtra, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
