The store may provide online payment and Cash on Delivery options based on order value, customer verification, location and operational feasibility.

Online payment
Online payment orders are confirmed only after successful payment gateway confirmation.
If money is debited but order confirmation is not generated, customers must contact support with payment reference, date, amount and registered email.
COD
COD orders may require email verification, phone confirmation or risk review before dispatch.
The customer must pay the full payable amount to the courier at delivery.
Fraud and risk controls
The store may hold, cancel or request additional confirmation for suspicious, duplicate, high-risk or inconsistent orders.
